I have been coming to this location since I moved out here in September of last year. Usually it's five star service every time, today I went in to pick up my online order. And lately my hearing has not been great. Some days are better than others. However today, the beautiful lady with the long dreads. Was giving me attitude because I didn't hear her. When I walked up I tried to tell her that I couldn't hear her and apologize but her face was cold she didn't look at me she took my driver's license repeated my order and was just rude and in the process of her being rude didn't even give me the correct change but her whole attitude has changed at that point when I guess she realized she messed up. I love coming here. I understand everyone has bad days but that was my first bad experience and I am rethinking dispensaries now. I didn't hear anything when I was walking up but she was talking to herself and it looks like she called me a dumbass. Not a dumbass. Just loosing my hearing.

Great selection, discounts that bring the prices way down. I shop out of state and gray market but if I am short on time I can get a couple quality items to hold me over at a decent price and unique products. Staff was quick and friendly. Great vibe, no crazy long lines. Order ahead and it’s like picking up a prescription, quick and easy. First time back in an IL dispo in a long time and it was as good as it can be for our state.

Amazing staff!! Super nice and friendly, here’s a story that made me tear up a little bit around the holidays. I receive a cart for Christmas around the Holidays which was purchased during on their big sales prior. However the metal piece was broken & I came in asking for assistance, not expecting much but I thought hey maybe I could do some Macgueviar thing to drip the oil into something. I did not receive any of that, instead I was met with the supervisor at the time who inspected my product and deemed it ineffective. He was able to get a me a REPLACEMENT and sent me on my merry way, all through a seamless FRIENDLY process. I was left speechless, giddy and just overall very happy with the experience especially during the holidays. Thank you guys for making it such a memorable end of the year, this location is awesome with amazing people. 10/10
